If you've watched Challenging starring Angelina Jolie, then you would have see the women sporting the cloche hat, the hat with an polished yet old-school appeal. Cloche hats are from the 20's and was a favourite in its era; this accessory piece was also a great compliment for the high-fashioned and sophisticated ladies.
Cloche hats were typically made out of felt so that they fit women snugly. The brims covered the woman's forehead and hit right above her brows, this gave ladies a particular look because they always had to cock up their chins to be able to see. This hat did not and might not flatter all faces but it adds a vintage twist to outfits. These hats define the era of vintage entirely more so than the 80's and 60's looks that we have been going crazy for lately.
